Our high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembranes provide an impermeable barrier against a wide range of solids and liquids. They exhibit excellent chemical and UV resistance,impermeability, and high yield and welded seam strengths, which is widely used as the liner.(model according to the thickness of distinction, different thickness and different price) production capacity: thickness:0.1 mm  -6 mm, width: 1-8 meters. HDPE geomembrane production process:

The production process of HDPE geomembrane is mainly divided into two types: round die coextrusion and flat film extrusion. These two processes are commonly used in domestic and international production of

HDPE geomembrane. It is a common process in plastic processing. A small number of anti-aging additives, and a certain amount of carbon black (2% -3%), are melt-extruded at a temperature of less than 200degrees, and cooled to form. The basic characteristics of the raw material resin are maintained as much as possible during processing.
