Geomembrane are the widely used geosynthetic products for civil engineering projects including waste containment, road construction, landfills, mining and energy industry. HDPE geomembrane liner is the ideal anti seepage lining material for aquaculture farm, water containment, waste containment and landfill projects. Geotextile fabric has the functions of filtration, drainage, separation, protection and reinforcement. Generally, the geotextile fabric can be categorized as woven geotextile and nonwoven geotextile. Among them, the nonwoven geotextile fabric is often used to protect the HDPE geomembrane liner from puncture and damage in the landfill projects. The PET nonwoven geotexitle is produced from polyester long fiber forming into net and consolidation with three dimension structure. It's kind of new material in geotechnical and engineering project. Except for its good mechanical properties of tensile strength and puncture resistance, PET nonwoven geotextile also has good drainage ability, acid and alkali resistance and anti-aging properties.

Drainage,water proof and leakage proof in salty area:
to prevent the ice swelling ,salt swelling in salty area, thin water partition should be set up,40-50 cm thick.Anti -filtration should be established on the top of it and at the foot of it;fabric of leakage proof can also be used such as complex earth film and complex earth film with reinforcing bar.

Construction Mehtod
1.First of all, make preparations to clean, roll and flatten the surface of the base layer to be laid;
then take the materials locally and fill the surface of the base layer with an excavator. The filled
layer is not less than 30 cm thick and there is no loess If you want, you can use yellow sand or
fine sand instead, fill up the soil layer or sand layer, compact the soil protection layer, prepare
for the next step, dig underground water to guide the drainage, and distribute the drainage pipes.
2. Secondly, the soil protection base layer should be leveled and tamped, and the surface should
be smooth and smooth, and there should be no gravel over 2cm or obvious small pits; after
checking that there is no problem, the bentonite waterproof blanket will be naturally relaxed
and flat Lay on the soil protection layer with the non-woven fabric facing down and the woven
fabric facing up. Note: The construction of bentonite waterproof blanket should be carried out
in rainless and snowy weather. In case of rain and snow, the plastic film should be used to
prevent the swelling of the bentonite in the waterproof blanket. The overlap of the bentonite
waterproof blanket is not less than 20 cm. Sprinkle bentonite lap powder evenly on the lap
edge, spray it to make it compact after pressing, and keep it flat. After laying, check the
waterproof blanket for damage and holes, repair it in time, and prepare for the next step.
3.In the 1980s, HDPE high-density polyethylene geomembrane, also called HDPE anti-seepage
geomembrane, also called anti-seepage membrane, was used in anti-seepage projects in landfills.
With China's emphasis on ecological environment and the increasing awareness of national
environmental protection, anti-seepage membranes are widely used in landfill disposal.
Lay the HDPE impermeable membrane on the bentonite waterproof blanket, stretch it flat,
without large air bubbles, flatten it, and avoid heavy machinery such as excavators rolling,
turning or walking on the impermeable membrane; impermeable membrane and
anti-impermeable membrane The lapped edge of the membrane should be no less than ten
centimeters, and the edge should be kept clean and free of debris and stones; then prepare
for welding. Before welding, take two pieces of geomembrane of about one meter for test
welding, adjust the reasonable temperature of the welding machine, and then use a professional
Welding personnel welding; welding should be carried out simultaneously with the laying of
impermeable membrane until the laying is completed. Note: During the laying of the geomembrane,
the excavator will cover the geomembrane slowly and evenly with soil on the side. Welding
and filling are carried out simultaneously to avoid artificial damage to the geomembrane; the
protective soil layer on the geomembrane is not lower than Thirty centimeters thick to prevent
plant roots from piercing the geomembrane, and then the soil is compacted.
4.After the laying of the geomembrane is completed, the filament nonwoven geotextile will be laid
by manual rolling, the fabric is stretched and flattened, and the overlapping edge is not less than
ten centimeters. After laying, check whether the surface of the filament geotextile is damaged or
damaged hole. Repair it in time and prepare for the next step.
5.Then cover the earth layer on the filament geotextile, protect the soil layer from being less than
30 cm thick, and compact and flatten the soil layer.
6.Finally, lay the short silk geotextile on the compacted protective soil layer, roll it by hand, and
stretch the fabric to make it flat. The overlapping edge is not less than 10 cm. After laying, check
whether the geotextile is intact and deal with it in time.
